A workshop on “Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)” in raw milk, was commissioned by Swisscontact Nepal and conducted by a team mobilized jointly by CASA, CDCAN along with the Aasaman Nepal in 4 districts:
- Bara and Rautahat of Madhesh province,
- West Nawalparasi and Rupandehi of Lumbini Province.
Workshop was organized on 28th September 2022 with the objective to implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all the dairy supply chains and to improve the quality of raw milk. Especially promoting smallholders, and farmers, to commercialize their raw milk to sustain their livelihood.
