First event of ‘7 days basic training to facilitators’ was conducted in Karan Raj Palace, Kalaiya-Bara and Himalayan Hotel, Chapur-Rautahat. The training was conducted in four different groups with a pairs of trainers in each group.
Altogether 64 young girls and women participated the training. Apart from it 12 ASN key staff also participated the training full time. The participants were capacitated on non-formal education, different teaching and learning methodologies, uses of TLM and its development, multi grade and multi-level learning approach, different participatory games and songs, DTLA and proper and effective documentation.
