  • What does FTFDS campaign do?
  • FTFDS campaign lead advocacy to ensure educational rights of every child as per mentioned in Part-3, Article-31 constitution of Nepal-2072 at formal day school for full-time.
  • Does FTFDS campaign minimizes child labor?
  • Yes, without ensuring full-time formal learning for every child we could not imagine a society having no child labor. If every child is enrolled at formal day school for full-time there won’t be any child at child labor.
  • Why FTFDS campaign is initiated?
  • FTFDS campaign is initiated to bring impact in government plan and policies to ensure educational rights of every child as per mentioned in Part-3, Article-31 of Constitution of Nepal. Also, to lead discussion for enhancing educational system of Nepal with stakeholders.
  • What kind of support FTFDS campaign provide?
  • Campaign will not be able to provide any form of financial support. It will facilitate local level/ Provincial/ Federal Government, Policy maker, School management committee and stakeholders.
  • An uneducated person can be FTFDS campaigner?
  • Yes, In order to be a campaigner it is not compulsory to have an academic degree. In community, for better future of children both educated and uneducated people can lead discussion on the basis of their own experience.
  • To whom campaign target?
  • FTFDS campaign aims to work for children but not with children. Mainly, campaign target group is Government bodies, Political parties and their student/ youth wings team, SMC team, and teachers union.
